Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own gear. Please handle all equipment safely and ensure the space is left in the same condition it was found.

Yes — you’re welcome to bring small props or decorations for your shoot. Please ensure no damage or marks are left behind.

Yes, you may bring up to 4 people in total, including yourself. Please ensure everyone follows the studio guidelines and respects the space.

Your booking time starts at the scheduled slot. Unfortunately, late arrivals can’t be extended if another session follows, so please plan to arrive on time.

Yes — extensions are possible if the next slot is available. Please let us know as early as possible so we can confirm additional time.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. For same-day changes, please contact us directly — availability may vary.

Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Parking in the area is very limited due to local residents. On days when Tottenham Hotspur Stadium hosts an event, parking restrictions apply and spaces are often unavailable.
We recommend using public transport, taxis, or nearby paid car parks when visiting the studio.
